Setting Up a Pre-Conference

Pre-conference services are available with PremiereCallSM Event and PremiereCallSM Auditorium®. Pre-conferences are presenter-only collaboration sessions held just before the event conference. They are typically scheduled to take place 15 minutes prior to a call. You may request additional time if necessary.

Set up a pre-conference as you would a PremiereCall conference: Contact a Premiere Global reservationist at 719-457-8556. To take full advantage of this service, we recommend providing a list of speaker names to your Event Manager 24 hours prior to the conference.

Distribute conference dial-in numbers and passcodes to your pre-conference attendees. Pre-conference attendees must enter the host passcode when dialing in to join an Auditorium pre-conference. For speed and efficiency, it is also recommended that pre-conference attendees have the passcode for the conference available to provide to the operator when dialing in to join a PremiereCall Event pre-conference.

Note: It is possible to have an operator dial out to your pre-conference attendees. Contact your reservationist to set up a dial-out at least 24 hours before your meeting.

A pre-conference ends automatically at the main event conference start time. Pre-conference attendees are then joined to the event conference.
