Transcription Turn-Around Times In this topic:When to expect your transcription delivery.

To ensure you receive your transcription in a timely manner, please be aware of the following criteria for transcription requests for all conference calls:

  1. To receive your transcription within 3 hours, your conference call must end by 14:00 CST and be less than 90 minutes in length (PremiereCallSM Event only).
  2. To receive your transcription within 6 hours, your conference call must end by 11:00 CST and be less than 90 minutes in length.
  3. To receive your transcription within 24 hours, your conference call must be less than 180 minutes in length.
  4. If your conference call is longer than 180 minutes in length, it may take up to 3 business days to transcribe.

Note: The delivery time begins at the conclusion of your conference call. All 3-hour or 6-hour requests must be scheduled by 16:00 CST the day prior to your conference call.

Conferences that conclude after 17:00 CST will be processed the next business day with a delivery time beginning at 8:00 CST. For example, if your conference call ends at 17:30 CST on Tuesday, your 24-hour delivery timeline would begin at 8:00 CST on Wednesday, with the transcription due by 8:00 CST Thursday. Weekends and holidays are excluded in delivery times.
