If you experience login issues on Host Controls, simply follow these basic troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close down all unnecessary running applications.
  2. Clear cookies and cache.
  3. Disable your popup blocker.
  4. Disable any popup blockers in a web toolbar (Google, Yahoo, etc.).
  5. Be aware of any firewalls that will inhibit connecting.
  6. Try copying and pasting the link into your Internet Explorer to connect.
  7. Click on the test link for any software version updates that may be needed.
