Pre-conferences are presenter-only collaboration sessions held just before a main event conference. They can be scheduled anywhere from 15-45 minutes prior to the scheduled main event start time. To access a pre-conference, presenters dial in at the designated pre-conference time using their host passcode.

Once the passcode is entered, additional prompts will direct you to the pre-conference. During the pre-conference, an operator will discuss the flow of the main event and perform an audio check. Pre-conferences end automatically at the main event start time. Pre-conference attendees are then connected to the main event conference.
