Conferencing: Microsoft Office Live Meeting
Log In to Microsoft Office Live Meeting
In this topic:Log in to Microsoft Office Live Meeting to schedule and manage meetings.
Depending on the license model your company has purchased, you may log in to Microsoft® Office Live Meeting in either of two ways.
If you have purchased a custom microsite, you will log in directly to the Live Meeting conference center by simply following these steps:
- Open a Web browser and type the URL for your Microsoft Office Live Meeting microsite.
- If necessary, enter your user ID and password.
- Click Login.
If you use Live Meeting per minute through Premiere Global, you will log into Live Meeting through PGiMeet by simply following these steps:
- Open a Web browser and type the URL for your company’s PGiMeet site.
- Enter your Client ID or email address and password.
- Click Login.
- Click “Microsoft Web Meetings” under the “More PGiMeet Solutions” header.
- Select “VisionCast Meeting” in the box next to “Meeting Type.”
- Review the audio account information displayed. If you would like to select a different audio account for use with Live Meeting, click “Change Audio Conferencing Account.” Then, select the desired audio conferencing account from the menu displayed.
- Click “Go.”
Note: Ensure all pop-up blockers are disabled before clicking the “Go” button.
