Because your LotusLive Meetings room is always available, scheduling meetings in advance is not necessary.  Your on-demand room is ready for use any time you need it. Simply provide the link and meeting ID to your participants and they will be able to join when you are ready to meet.

Note: You have the option of scheduling your meeting through Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes by downloading the applicable Options Kit.
