Once you have joined a web conference as a host in IBM LotusLive Meetings, you may join an audio conference by simply following these steps:

1. Right click on your name in the Participant List and select “Dial Out.”  
2. Once the “Dial Out to Attendee” box opens, enter your telephone number and extension, if applicable, in the “Dial Out to Attendee” field.
   Note: At this time, the dial out function is available only to U.S. domestic phone numbers.
3. Click the Dial Out button at the bottom of the window. When your telephone rings, answer it and follow the prompts to join the audio conference.  

Note: The above steps are applicable to the meeting host only. Hosts must have the dial out function enabled on their audio account to use this feature. To enable this function, contact PGi Reservations at 719-884-1610.
