Cisco WebEx^TM offers great flexibility regarding accessing and uploading your presentations. For example, if you will be away from your computer and would like to have access to your presentations from anywhere, you can upload them to My Files in WebEx by simply following these steps:

1. Click the My WebEx tab.
2. Click My Files (found on the left of the screen).
3. Here you will find a personal storage area where you can upload files to your WebEx site. Your files may be accessed from any location.

Note: Though you are able to join your meeting early and upload your presentation, your presentation will be deleted when you exit the meeting.
