Productivity tools either install automatically when a host logs in or can be downloaded from the “Downloads” page. The following productivity tools are included in the download:

• WebEx One-Click
• Outlook integration
• 3rd party IM integration (for meeting scheduling services)

To install productivity tools from the Downloads page, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your WebEx website. (Example: https://SITENAME.webex.com)
2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click Support > Downloads.
3. Scroll down to “Productivity Tools” and click Download Now.
   This will require a host login for the site.
4. Click Save to download the Productivity Tools installer. Choose a location to save the file, then click Save to begin the download.
5. Once the download is complete, click Run. If you receive a security warning, click Run again.
6. Follow directions through the Install Wizard and then click Finish to exit the wizard.
7. Once installation is complete, you'll be prompted to enter your Site URL, User Name and Password for your host account.
8. Click Login.

Productivity tools should now be up and running and will allow you to start scheduling meetings.
