Every WebEx site offers a link to its own download site for these integrations. To download these tools, follow these steps:

1. From your WebEx site, enter your user name and password. Click Log In.
2. Click on Support in the menu bar on the left.
3. Click on the Downloads link.
4. Click on the Download now link listed next to Productivity Tools.

WebEx Connect Instant Messager (IM) installation
To download WebEx Connect IM, go to the link in your new account email. (The link is found in the WebEx Connect email that was sent when your account was created.)
