Cisco WebEx^TM Solutions offers a variety of options for conducting meetings, training, events and support sessions. It provides a fully-functional platform that includes content sharing, recording and integration with your PGi audio conferences.

Cisco WebEx Solutions also includes the option for WebEx Connect Instant Messaging, a separate IM application available on your computer desktop.

Managing your Account
After purchasing a custom-branded Cisco WebEx solution for your company, you will receive a user name and password so that you can begin scheduling and hosting meetings and managing your account.

Log in to your account with your assigned username and password once you are ready to begin. Depending on what you purchased, you will have access to up to four modules on your site:

• Meeting Center
• Event Center
• Training Center
• Support Center

To gain access to all the settings and reports for your account, go to the “My WebEx” logo on the tabbed navigation.

Schedule a Meeting in the Meeting Center
To schedule a meeting using the Meeting Center module in your custom-branded Cisco WebEx web conferencing solution, follow these steps:

1. Select the “Meeting Center” tab and click on “Schedule a Meeting” under the “Host a Meeting” option on the left hand navigation bar. 
2. From here you will have the option to use either the Quick Scheduler, where you can fill out only the required information for fast scheduling, or the Advanced Scheduler, which allows you to have more control over the settings for your meeting. 
3. If you use the Advanced Scheduler to set up your meeting, you can navigate through the nine-step process to refine the options for your meeting. 
4. If you choose the Quick Scheduler, enter your meeting topic, password, date and time, attendee email addresses and audio conference option. Once you have entered this information, click on the “Schedule Meeting” button at the bottom of the Scheduler to save the meeting and send invitations if you have selected to do so. If the meeting is scheduled to start within 15 minutes of the current time, this button will say “Start Now,” and the Meeting Manager will launch.
