Transcription Turn-Around Times

To ensure you receive your transcription in a timely manner, please be aware of the following criteria for transcription requests for all conference calls:
- To receive your transcription within 3 hours, your conference call must end by 14:00 CST and be less than 90 minutes in length (PremiereCallSM Event only).
- To receive your transcription within 6 hours, your conference call must end by 11:00 CST and be less than 90 minutes in length.
- To receive your transcription within 24 hours, your conference call must be less than 180 minutes in length.
- If your conference call is longer than 180 minutes in length, it may take up to 3 business days to transcribe.
Note: The delivery time begins at the conclusion of your conference call. All 3-hour or 6-hour requests must be scheduled by the day prior to your conference call.
Conferences that conclude after will be processed the next business day with a delivery time beginning at. For example, if your conference call ends at on Tuesday, your 24-hour delivery timeline would begin at on Wednesday, with the transcription due by Thursday. Weekends and holidays are excluded in delivery times.
