Access an Audio File Sent Via FTP In this topic:Downloading your audio file from an FTP site.

When the audio file from your event conference is ready, you will receive an email notification from FTP My Meeting Room.

Access the FTP site and then enter your User Name and Password. Your file will be visible on the FTP site under the Conference ID of your call.

  1. Right-click on the file and select Cut.
  2. Go to your desktop or select any folder on your computer.
  3. Right-click and select Paste.

Note: The FTP site will not allow you to open and play your audio file: you must download it to your desktop in order to play it. Your file will be available on the site for 10 days following your email notification.
