Conferencing: PremiereCall Auditorium
Choosing the Correct CD and Audio File Formats In this topic:Ordering appropriate CD types and file formats.

A replay of your conference will be made available to you on an Audio CD (CDA) and in the following audio file formats: wav, .mp3, .wma and .rm. An Audio CD can be played on any standard CD player or computer. The .wav file format is the most common.

A Data CD requires that the playing device be compatible with your equipment or have compatible software installed in order to play. Most computers have the ability to play a Data CD and/or download compatible software.

Note: If you are unable to hear the replay of your conference, you may have requested it in a format that is not compatible with your equipment. To ensure you are able to listen to your replay, please order the replay in the appropriate format.
