Access Your PremiereCall Pre-Conference
In this topic:Access a presenter-only conference prior to your larger meeting.
Preconferences are presenter-only collaboration sessions held just before the event conference. They are typically scheduled to take place 15 minutes prior to a call.
To access a preconference, presenters will need a moderator passcode. You can get your passcode from your Event Manager and distribute it to all moderators . Simply call Premiere Global Reservations at:

Note: It is possible to have an operator dial out to your preconference attendees. Contact your Event Manager to set up a dial-out at least 24 hours before your meeting.
A preconference ends automatically at the main event conference start time. Preconference attendees are then joined to the event conference.
