PremiereCallSM Auditorium provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional operator-assisted service by combining instant caller access with assurance of a dedicated operator throughout the call to manage Q&A, polling and overall audio quality. Participants remain in a listen-only mode for the duration of the call. Recording options and participant reporting round out the rich feature set to make this service ideal for most large calls, ranging from internal all-hands announcements to external product marketing forums.

Participants are prompted for a passcode after dialing the toll-free or toll number, so calls begin as close to published start time as possible. Setting Up a Call
Setting up a PremiereCall Auditorium is easy. An Event Manager provides a dial-in phone number, a Moderator passcode and a participant passcode. Each presenter must have the moderator passcode. Participants will use the participant passcode to join.
To set up your PremiereCall Auditorium Call, simply follow these steps:
- If you have a PGiMeet site, log in using your Premiere Client ID and Web Password.
- On the next page, select Auditorium (Op-Assisted) Scheduling under “More PGi Meet solutions” on the right side of the screen.
- Follow the prompts to set up your conference.
