If you have recorded a conference call and have received a replay confirmation for your recording, you can request additional copies of that recording on CD. Or, you can request an FTP link from which you can download additional copies of your recording.

To request either of these formats, simply fax or email your replay confirmation email to Client Services. Please also include the following information in your request:

• Valid delivery address for CD and/or a valid email address for FTP requests
• Recording format (CD or FTP) and file type preference (MP3 or WAV)
• Number of recordings

The additional formats you’ve requested will be processed upon receipt of your email.

Note: If you have not pressed *22 to initiate a recording at the beginning of your call, or have not received a replay confirmation from Client Services, you will be unable to request additional formats.
