You can hear the names of all participants on your call by setting up a roll call. To do so, log in with your User Name and Password. For more detail, see How To: Log In to MyRCPlus.com.
Once logged in, you can create a 1-time SCHEDULED conference, by selecting Create Conference from the “My Profile” drop-down. To create an audio conference that is always available, select Create Conference from the “My Profile” drop-down. You will be able to set this option on the “Create Conference” page.
To modify an existing conference, locate your conference in the “My Meeting” box, and choose Modify This Audio Conference. Then choose Change conference options.
Under “Other Options,” select Record participant’s name for roll-call. Just below this option, there are two sub-options:
- Play roll-call for moderator
- Skip roll-call for moderator
“Play roll-call for moderator” is the default option. When this option is left selected, call participants will be prompted for their names before being automatically placed on hold. When the moderator joins the call, he or she will hear a roll call of current participants.
The moderator can cancel the roll call while in process by pressing the * key.
No matter which sub-option is chosen, the moderator can hear the roll call at any time by pressing *92.
