MyRCPlus.com allows moderators to activate “on hold” music for greater control over a call. To enable this optional feature, follow these steps:

1. Log in to MyRCPlus.com. For more detail, see How To: Log In to MyRCPlus.com.
2. Click Modify this Conference, then select “Change Conference Options.”
3. Under “Other Options,” click Music on Hold.

With this feature activated, participants will hear hold music until a moderator joins the call.

If music is still playing after the moderator joins the call, double check to confirm your moderator passcode. You may have dialed a participant passcode by mistake. If so, simply hang up and dial the correct moderator passcode to join the call. Music will continue until a valid moderator passcode is entered.
