To generate an online billing and conferencing activity report, first log in with your User Name and Password. For more detail, see How To: Log In to MyRCPlus.com.
Once logged in, bring up the moderator menu. Under the “Solutions” drop-down, select Online Billing. To view your bills online, select the correct date range under “Billing Period.” Or select the “Report” tab to view conferencing reports.
- Select the Export button to download a Microsoft® Excel-compatible spreadsheet with summary report information.
- Select the Export button to download a Microsoft® Excel-compatible spreadsheet with participant-level information.
Things to remember:
- The wider your date range, the longer time it will take for the report to assemble. If your report is taking a long time to create, please select a smaller date range.
- Reporting is only accessible for 90 days past the event date.
Automatic Post-Conference Reporting
You can also create ReadyConference Plus calls with automatic reporting. When creating or modifying a ReadyConference meeting, click Post Conference Report under “Other Options.” Verify the email address for the conference report. Then create your meeting (for a new meeting) or save changes (for an existing meeting). Post-Conference Reports are emailed within 30 minutes of the end-time of your conference.
If you would like to see participant names in your post conference report, you must locate each participant by phone number in the “Main Conference” window. Click the phone number and type the first and last name of the participant.
