ReadyConference^® Plus is a reservationless conference call service. With it, you can lead or participate in a ReadyConference Plus audio conference from any telephone.

When you set up a ReadyConference Plus account, we’ll email you your dial-in number, passcodes and client ID. You can also view your dial-in number and passcodes online

Log In

To log in, open your browser and follow these steps:

1. Visit the log in page
2. Input your User ID into the “User Name” field.
3. Input your Password into the “Password” field. 
4. Click Login. 

Once logged in, you will see your conference information. You can also create a scheduled ReadyConference. Once logged in, you have a number of options for scheduling your meeting. You can create a single meeting or a recurring meeting. You can also send email invites to participants.

Hosting A Conference Call

To host a conference call, simply provide participants with the date and time that you will be holding the call, your ReadyConference Plus dial-in number and the participant passcode.

To initiate a conference, call your ReadyConference Plus dial-in number and key in your moderator passcode. Participants join the call by dialing your conference call number and entering the participant passcode you provided them.

Note that participants will be placed on hold until the moderator has joined the call.

Using Star Controls

Star controls allow you to manage the meeting from your touchtone phone. Here is a list of basic star control commands for moderators:

Press *0        for assistance from a support agent

Press *1        to access the Help Menu

Press *4        to increase the volume of participant voice/lines

Press *5        to increase the volume of your voice/line

Press *7        to decrease the volume of participant voice/lines

Press *8        to decrease the volume of your voice/line

Press *21      to initiate a subconference

Press *22      to record an unscheduled conference call

Press *93      to terminate all participant lines

Press *94      to lock and unlock your conference

(prevents other attendees from entering your conference)

Press *97      to un-mute all participant lines

Using Web Audio Controls at MyRCPlus

You can also host and manage conference calls online with Web Audio Controls. To do so, simply log in as described above. Web Audio Controls can be used in conjunction with star controls for better management of your ReadyConference meeting. For more details, see How To: Log In to MyRCPlus.com.
