To record your web and audio conference using Cisco WebEx^TM, simply follow these steps:

1. Launch the Cisco WebEx meeting you wish to record.
2. When you are ready to begin recording, select the “Meeting” menu in the WebEx Meeting Manager.
3. Select and make sure that “Record on Server,” from the “Recorder Settings” menu, is checked.
4. Select Start Recording from the “Meeting” menu. 
5. The recording connection window will appear as the recorder attempts to join your meeting.
6. Once the recorder successfully contacts your audio conference, the recording will begin. 
   Note: The recorder will not pick up the audio of your conference until you hear the recorder join the audio line as a participant.
