Conferencing: ReadyConference Plus
Initiate Your Audio Meeting In this topic:Plan ahead to ensure a successful audio meeting.

Moderators can help make audio meetings more efficient and productive by following some meeting planning basics before and during a call.

Scheduling in Advance
While ReadyConference® Plus is a reservationless conferencing service, it supports a large number of connections. For best results, schedule large group meetings in advance. Limiting attendance to a maximum of 50-75 invitees will also help make your meetings more manageable.

Provide participants with the date and time that you will be holding the call, your ReadyConference Plus dial-in number and the participant passcode in advance. For more details, see Getting Started: ReadyConference Plus.

Initiating an Audio Meeting
To initiate an audio meeting, call your ReadyConference Plus dial-in number and key in your moderator passcode. Participants join the call by dialing your conference call number and entering the participant passcode.

Note: If the music on hold feature is added, participants will be placed on hold until the moderator has joined the call.

Ending an Audio Meeting

To end an audio meeting, press *93 to terminate all participant lines. Or, you can select a feature that automatically disconnects participants when the moderator disconnects from the call.
